Project funded by the German Environment Agency (UBA) to develop a novel application to prioritize and screen substances, considering PBT (persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic), CMR (carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic), as well as chemicals supposed to be endocrine disruptors.
Kode Chemoinformatics worked on the design of the QSAR workflow and on the software implementation of the tool, which is freely available.
