European LIFE project (LIFE12 ENV/IT/000154) aimed to facilitate a proactive attitude amongst chemical companies about the REACH Regulation, to promote a transition towards a more responsible environmental approach, and to lead to reductions in health risks. Main objectives include establishing a network of REACH-related laboratories for chemical industries, exploiting in silico methods assessing particular situations of chemical substances, and Integrating QSAR models within mainstream industrial procedures.
Kode Chemoinformatics has been subcontractor of the “Mario Negri” Institue, working on the implementation of chemoinformatics tools and new QSAR models.
