JANUS is now available: a free application for evaluation and prioritization of persistent, bioaccumulative, and toxic (PBT) chemicals, developed for the German Environment Agency (UBA). The software uses a battery of QSAR models to prioritize and screen substances, considering not only PBT, but also CMR (carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic) substances, as well as chemicals supposed to be endocrine disruptors.
